Shift: a 7.5 hour shift between the hours of 6A-8P. Don't have exact shift yet. Mon - Fri. Job Overview
The Child Care Teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate, creative, and engaging learning experiences for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years using the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The role focuses on fostering curiosity, independence, self-esteem, and holistic development in a safe, nurturing environment while working closely with families and a collaborative teaching team. Required Skills
At least 2 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years (paid or unpaid)
Experience with infants (6 weeks-2 years)
Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia educational approach Education Requirements
Required (one of the following):
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Psychology, or related field
High school diploma + minimum 40 hours of early childhood coursework
Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
Certifications (Preferred)
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
