Humana Inc is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) registered nurse for a care management role in Puerto Rico. You will identify barriers, manage assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support member outcomes. The role is full-time (40 hours/week), with shifts 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST, and occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
