Director of Supply Chain

Job Title

This position is responsible for managing PSI, SCP, and financial estimates for the HE categories: TV, MEM, and AV. Maximizes SCM operation efficiency by building mid- and long-term resource management strategy through in-advance-discussions regarding mid- and long-term demands.

Role and Responsibilities

This position includes:

• Running the weekly PSI process, working with GOC and factories to receive SOP and RTF to our demand. Discussing and addressing shortages with factories and GOC in Suwon.
• Providing ATS availability and aging model list to PM and Sales to close any sales gap and monitor aging reduction progress.
• Providing input to BM for AP2 buffer management to meet EOH targets and manage inventory risks.
• Providing financial estimates for the category on a weekly basis that provide guidance to leadership and the rest of the LOB to manage the business.
• Liaison with Suwon HQ (GOC), improving processes and reducing costs.

Skills and Qualifications

This position requires:

• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Critical knowledge of PSI process, inventory management, internal systems (NSCM, NERP), automation skills, and effective communication skills.
