Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available for Registered Nurses with over 2 years of acute care experience. Eligibility criteria and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $36.00 to $49.16, translating to gross earnings of $432.00 to $589.92 for a 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated according to applicable laws).

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available, primarily during the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and support OR Technicians and other ancillary staff.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
• Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state.
• Current BLS certification (AHA) upon hire and maintain throughout employment.
• ACLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire and must be kept current.
• PALS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire and must be kept current.
• At least one year of previous perioperative experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
• CNOR certification (AORN) is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors such as skills, experience, education, and licensure.
