Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine physicians for HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Convenient Care in O’Fallon, IL. Up to $100k sign-on bonus. Facility hours are 8am-7pm, Mon–Sun; Illinois license is a plus. This urgent care opportunity offers care to both pediatric and adult patients with on-site X-ray, point-of-care testing, and lab services.
