Global SOX & Internal Controls Director
Polaris Industries
Polaris Inc. is seeking a Director of Risk & Controls to lead the global SOX program and strengthen the internal control environment across Finance, IT, and operations. This role will own governance, risk assessment, and the execution of scalable ERP controls, driving continuous improvement and executive reporting.
Travel up to 15% is expected; CPA/CISA/CIA or equivalent preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Minnesota, with competitive compensation and an emphasis on ownership and accountability.
