Assistant Principal for Student Affairs – Pope John Paul II High School Location: 181 Rittenhouse Road, Royersford, PA 19468 The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office of Catholic Education, seeks a dynamic, innovative, results‑driven leader for this role. The position is a 10‑month appointment, located at Pope John Paul II High School. Responsibilities: The candidate will motivate and evaluate teachers; use data to drive continuous school improvement; ensure a climate conducive to learning where the dignity of the human person is first and foremost. The role also includes teacher evaluation and mentoring, coordinating all student activities, assisting with all school activities, preparing schedules—including calendar and bell schedules—and acting as a liaison with the Athletics Department and Parents’ Association. Creativity and 21st‑century leadership skills are required for success in this position. Qualifications Administrator candidates should possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in educational administration. Pennsylvania Principal Certification and administrative or supervisory experience are desired where applicable.
