Heavy-Duty Kitchen CleanerGold Ranch Casino in Dayton, Nevada is looking for a Heavy-Duty Kitchen Cleaner.Performs heavy duty cleaning of floors and deep cleans equipment, including underneath equipment, in kitchen following departmental and company policies and procedures. Familiar with proper cleaning procedures, and comfortable with usage of various chemicals used in cleaning and sanitation.Essential Job Functions:Follows daily assignment sheetWashes, operates and maintains heavy duty equipment as requiredSweeps, mops, vacuums all floors, entry ways, empties trash cans throughout casino propertyDeep clean, degrease, and sanitize all cooking and prepping equipment and areas.Remove and wash the mats from the Cook's line and Bar area.Sweep and mop back of the house (Prep Area, Dish Pit, Cook's line, and Server's LineClean walls, ceilings, lights, glass doors and casino mirrorsStock/ replace needed items in both restroomsCleaning drains on propertyDeep cleaning of Bar floors, doors, doors, windows, etc.Sanitizing any dishes as neededPerform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned by their supervisor, department manager and/or managers on duty.Other duties as assigned.Reasoning Ability:Ability to follow instructions and safety proceduresGood customer service skills and employee relations skillsMust possess basic commercial kitchen sanitization knowledgeMust possess basic cleaning chemical safety and utilization knowledgePhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75lbs. occasionallyAbility to handle heavy-duty equipmentProlonged walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching and kneeling without restrictionAbility to withstand working with chemicals and noise of equipmentReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Required Work Cards/Licenses/Certificates:None.
