Responsibilities Prepareaccurate,competitiveestimatesacrossmultipleprojectswhilemanagingdeadlinesandpriorities Reviewplans,specs,andcontractdocumentstoidentifyscope,risks,opportunities,andprojectrequirements Coordinateestimators,subcontractors,andvendorstoensurecompletebidcoverage(minimum3bidspermajortrade) Attendjobwalks,pre- bidmeetings,andcollaboratewithprojectmanagersandsuperintendents Negotiatescope,pricing,andcoveragewithsubcontractorsandvendors Maintainhistoricalcostdataandcontinuouslyimprovesubcontractordatabasequality Supportacultureofaccountability,urgency,andexcellencewithintheestimatingteam Qualifications BachelorsdegreeinConstructionManagement,CivilEngineering,Architecture,orrelatedfieldpreferred 57+yearsofestimatingorpreconstructionexperiencewithaGeneralContractor(orequivalentexperience) RequiredSkills Strongunderstandingofconstructiondocuments,contracts,scheduling,andcostmanagement Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andleadershipskills AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskills ; experiencewithMicrosoftProjectorPrimaveraisaplus Highlyorganized,self - motivated,andabletoperformunderpressure PreferredSkills Youleadwithintegrity,takeownership,andknowhowtobuildstrongrelationships Youreproactive,solutions - focused,andcommittedtodeliveringqualityworkwhilehelpingyourteamsucceed OurCoreValues Integrity.Safety.Dedication.Loyalty.Community.Family.Growth.Humility. Payrangeandcompensationpackage Thesalaryrangeis$140,000.00to$165,000annually(commensuratewithexperience)andbonuspotential.Inadditiontosalary,seethefollowing: PaidVacationYoucanaccrueupto3weeks(120hours)ofpaidvacationtimeinayear( & accrueanadditional40hours,ifunused). PaidSickLeaveWhenyoustart,theCompanydeposits5days(40hours)ofpaidsicktimeintoyoursickbank.Itresetsto40hoursonJanuary1ofthefollowingyear.
