Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its practice in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will work on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be local to San Diego and an active member of the California Bar. Duties Defend clients in warranty actions involving automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers. Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including motion practice and depositions. Engage in mediation and negotiation processes. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of litigation practice experience. Experience in trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom proceedings. Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Strong academic credentials. Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active member of the California Bar. Skills Exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills. Strong research and writing abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
