About this role Associates will work with the Supply Chain and Engineering teams to identify and drive productivity projects. Projects will include cost‑out opportunities, engineering redesigns, supplier consolidations, part number consolidations, spend optimizations, and others. Utilize existing data to drive supplier and part spend optimizations Work with Engineering to drive completion of Schedule B productivity projects Develop dashboards and trackers utilizing Excel and Power BI Project manage timelines and task handoffs between cross‑functional teams on complex projects Interface with other Business Unit productivity teams for standardization and best practices Required Qualifications Pursuing bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with a minor in supply chain, or related field 3.0 or higher GPA Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of refrigeration products (preferred but not required) Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests Knowledgeable in data mining, Power BI, pivot tables #J-18808-Ljbffr
