Job Overview Finance Analyst / Junior Finance Business Partner – Full Time, Perth, WA. Job no: WWREQ0033922 Responsibilities Assist with analysing financial performance to help explain results and trends. Support preparation of reports comparing actuals vs budget/forecast (variance analysis). Help track weekly and monthly KPIs and financial results. Assist with revenue checks, including invoices, WIP (work in progress), and deferred revenue. Support monitoring of costs and overhead spending. Build understanding of business processes and systems to see what drives financial performance. Assist in preparing forecasts and updating financial models using PowerBI. Maintain and update financial reports, dashboards, and data accuracy. Provide support on project proposals, tenders, and scenario analysis. Work closely with the Lead and Senior FBP to contribute to work including monthly performance reporting. Engage with stakeholders of the business for specifically assigned tasks. Leverage AI practices to support your role as FBP. Conduct critical analysis of areas of improvement. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in the finance field. Demonstrated track record of financial analysis and planning. Experience working in a complex environment. Exposure and interest to AI. Exposure to Dynamics 365, Workday and/or Adaptive Planning.
