Business Development Manager

About this position We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven BDM to drive sales of our Flash Storage(SSD), DRAM memory modules, Embedded Peripherals, and even AIoT system products across diverse vertical markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to customers in industrial applications. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactive prospecting and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements to provide standard or customized solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with market demands and customer needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales agreements. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to management. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of working experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success, preferably within the technology industry. General understanding of computer hardware products and functionalities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter, team player, positive attitude who can work independently without constant supervision. Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
