We are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role isn't confined to a desk it's a springboard. Your role

• Strategic sourcing: utilize our proprietary CRM/ATS, your own network, and tools to uncover talent.
• Utilize our platform effectively: organize candidate management, outreach tracking, automation, and follow-ups seamlessly.
• Focus on permanent placements: build lasting value for clients that also drives your commissions.
• Engage in thought leadership: help elevate our collective brand while promoting your own.

Your profile

• 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
• A foundational understanding of healthcare or a willingness to grow and learn we'll mentor you!

• Proficient in utilizing ATS/CRM systems (we provide comprehensive training).
• An entrepreneurial spirit with ambitions of long-term growth.
