Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active SLP with CCC’s (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Eligible or current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working with K-8th grade student populations
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor SLP staff to ensure quality of service
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and therapy services for K-8 caseload
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide ongoing training and professional development support
