Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Recent school-based supervisory background is essential.
• Eligible for or possession of a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and support SLP staff, ensuring quality services.
• Familiarity working with K-8 student populations, including delivering comprehensive assessments and interventions.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise SLP team members, providing coaching, support, and ongoing feedback.
• Manage and prioritize a K-8 caseload, performing speech-language evaluations and delivering evidence-based therapy.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and school district procedures.
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP teams, supporting student progress and communication needs.
• Schedule is flexible; specific hours to be determined based on school and student needs.
