Cath Lab Technologist
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Shift Details
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Random day off during the week; holiday rotation required.
- Call schedule includes 1 night per week and every third weekend from 7:30 PM Friday through 7:00 AM Monday.
- Assist in performing various invasive procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Scrub and circulate during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Monitor patients during procedures, preparing and managing equipment.
- Float across multiple locations in the region as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in Cath Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab required.
- Active ARRT certification is required.
- RCIS certification is preferred.
- Experience with structural heart procedures is highly preferred.
- Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology.
- Recent travel experience within the last 18 months is required.
- Proficient in both scrubbing and circulating roles within the Cath Lab.
- Willingness to take on-call assignments as scheduled.
- Monitoring experience is required.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Skills Checklist specific to Cath Lab must be provided.
- References will be required from previous supervisors or managers within the last 24 months.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
