Night Nurse, Observation Unit — Fast-Paced Med/Surg

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit. This role requires night shifts in a fast-paced 24-hour unit with protocol-driven care and close collaboration with hospitalists and family medicine. You will deliver patient-centered care, document thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement and staff development programs. A valid MA RN license and BLS are required, ACLS in certain units, and a BSN is preferred with potential for BSN within four years. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boston Medical Center, Corp.
