About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Transplant/Med Complex unit is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, assessing patients' clinical needs, and ensuring safe and competent nursing practices. Highlights Location: Cambridge, MA Facility: The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift Pay: $37.76 - $82.96/Hourly What You'll Do Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients' clinical decision-making. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans based on patients' responses and conditions.
