Compliance Specialist III
Catalent
Compliance Specialist III will prepare, review, and approve technical and regulatory documentation at Catalent's Kansas City facility. The role ensures pharmaceutical operations meet current Good Manufacturing Practices and internal procedures while supporting high-quality drug delivery services.
Responsibilities
- Author and approve technical documents including protocols, reports, and operating procedures
- Review batch records and documentation for compliance with cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures
- Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for pharmaceutical and operations personnel
- Conduct spot-checks of experimental areas and track laboratory notebooks
- Track and trend batch record lifecycle including initiation, approvals, updates, and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent regulated industry experience
- Strong mathematical and scientific reasoning abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with solid computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Capability to multitask and follow written, oral, and visual instructions
- Proactive problem-solving approach to workplace issues
