Your Main Focus:

• Analyze forecasting and procurement data to support the ordering process.
• Work in partnership with our suppliers on managing forecasting, ordering, and DOI levels by facility and for the company.
• Review and upload purchase orders to supplier ordering tools.
• Execute direct billing for Home D deliveries by 3rd party carriers.
• Track direct import shipment containers.
• Execute daily placement and release of railcars in Bronx, Queens, and Suffern.
• Maintain railcar trackers and coordinate with finance regarding ETA’s.
• Update in-transit information on various supplier websites.
• Coordinate inbound freight appointments between carriers and MBD facilities.
• Execute weekly system code date analysis and provide list of items that require action.
• Maintain new product arrival tracker.
• Upload daily product transfer requests in the system and track the movement.
• Collaboration with internal departments, assisting with inventory management, and coordinating logistics with the facilities on timely arrivals of orders.
• Analyst will ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, identify supply chain risks, and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Update procurement and supplier dashboards.
• Manage purchase orders in EoStar.

Skills & Experience:

• B.A. in logistics or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory.
• Familiarity and comfort level with technology and running reports.
• Intermediate to advanced ability in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and organizational ability.
• Attention to detail and impeccable follow through

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00

It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
