Franchise Operations DirectorHot JobFully Remote • Remote Home Office - Oradell, NJ 07649OverviewSalary Range $100,000.00 - $100,000.00 Base+Commission/year Position Type Full Time Job Shift Generally Mon-Fri 9:00A-5:30P Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category FranchiseDescriptionThe Director of Franchise Operations oversees a team of Franchise Business Consultants with the main goal of driving franchise revenue and profitability for an educational company.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIESSet and achieve financial goals for the department with full P &L responsibilityDrive customer centric focus on continually improving student resultsDeliver world class franchisee profitability through revenue gains and cost savingsDevelop the overall departmental business plan including budgets and KPI goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; provide updates to the management team on performancePartner with the marketing department to analyze and improve customer lead generationChampion corporate initiatives with the franchise communityAttend and participate, where appropriate, In local market franchise advertising cooperative meetingsAct as an interdepartmental liaisonLead the Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) TeamConduct field visits with FBC's and franchisees to improve profitability, KPIs and service deliverySet goals and develop quarterly, monthly and weekly action plans with each FBC to meet them; provide on-going feedback to improve performance in meeting goalsPartner with FBCs and their franchisees to meet marketing objectivesInterview, hire and train all new FBC'sDevelop skill set with FBC's through weekly team calls, quarterly team meetings and additional follow upCultivate our franchisee-franchisor partnershipHelp every member of the system work toward a growth mindset cultureLead the Annual Convention and periodic regionals and local area meetingsManage the Franchisee Advisory CouncilAdditional ResponsibilitiesTrack record of delivering top financial performanceDemonstrate excellence in leadershipStrong communication skills to lead team trainings and internal meetings, write company messages and speak publicly to large audiencesAnalytical approach to problem solvingQualifications4 Year Degree5 to 10 years of Multi-unit experienceExcellent management and leadershipEffective ability to develop employees and give feedbackHigh energy levelProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and SharepointStrong written and oral communication skillsAdept presentation, training and team building skillsEffective organizational and follow up skillsDetail oriented
