As our Midtown Manhattan office continues to expand, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you'll work directly with business clients, build professional relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a face-to-face environment.

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with business clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting professional relationships.
• Learn about each client's needs and provide information about available products and services.
• Assist clients with questions and offer solutions in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Support client engagement initiatives and relationship management efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
• Participate in paid training, daily coaching, and team development meetings.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and office goals.

About Our Company

We are a face-to-face B2B sales and marketing company that partners with business clients to strengthen customer relationships, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. While this position is primarily focused on customer service and client relationship management , team members will gain exposure to the sales and marketing strategies used to represent our clients in a professional business-to-business environment.

This is an on-site position in Midtown Manhattan. It is not a call center, receptionist, front desk, technical support, or remote role.
