We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who will drive corporate, leisure, and group business across the Weston, FL markets. In this field-focused, market-facing role, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate high-value partnerships, conduct site visits, and represent Vacatia within dynamic travel destinations. Your Impact Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business across Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Lead sales outreach through cold calls, presentations, networking events, and travel trade partnerships. Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution. Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy. Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery. What You Bring 5+ years of hospitality sales experience across corporate, leisure, and group segments. Proven success in outbound sales, account management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and community stakeholders. Experience using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Williamsburg and Virginia Beach travel markets strongly preferred, with the ability to travel regularly between them. Join us at the start of something big.
