Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager for our client in Century City. If you're driven to make a meaningful impact and excel in a dynamic legal setting, we invite you to join our team. Position Details:

- Initiate client outreach within 24 hours of case assignment; follow up via phone, email, or text
- Review case documentation for completeness and accuracy; obtain missing records as needed
- Coordinate medical treatment and maintain detailed progress reports and claim status updates
- Maintain consistent client communication (minimum twice monthly) and document all interactions
- Serve as liaison with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders
- Manage property damage claims, rental reimbursements, and loss-of-use documentation
- File governmental claims and track deadlines; maintain calendar entries in case management system
- Review police reports and medical records; escalate serious injury cases to attorneys
- Prepare pre-procedure evaluations and surgery assessments, including ISO and CBC reports
- Assist attorneys with negotiations and complex case matters
- Promote client satisfaction and encourage online reviews
- Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive client experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Litify case management software
- Solid understanding of insurance processes and benefits
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to achieving individual and firm-wide goals
