Home Health Field Nurse - PRN RN

AccentCare, Inc. in Hapeville is seeking an RN Field Nurse for Home Health. This PRN role covers Fayette, Fulton, Clayton, and surrounding areas, delivering direct and indirect patient care as outlined in the Patient Care Plan.
The RN will assess patients, develop and modify care plans, supervise CHHAs/CNAs, and communicate changes to physicians. Requires GA RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience.
