You'll work independently in the field - but never alone. Our Clinical Supervisors and operational staff are readily available to support you.ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of careMonitor and assess patient conditions during home visits or shiftsCommunicate changes in patient status to the Clinical SupervisorProvide patient and caregiver education regarding medications, treatments, and disease managementAccurately document patient care and clinical observationsCoordinate care with other healthcare team members as appropriateMaintain compliance with agency and state guidelinesSchedule OptionsDay, evening, overnight shifts availableWeekday and weekend opportunitiesFull-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Per DiemChoose your own hours based on availabilityCompensation$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Pay rate based on experience, case complexity, and assignment type.
