- Oversee the maintenance and repair of public infrastructure.
- Develop and implement policies and programs for public works.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for public works projects.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other municipal departments and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in public works management.
- Strong knowledge of public infrastructure and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
