Supplier Operations Manager (New Grad / Early Career)

Supplier Operations Manager (New Grad / Early Career) | Pittsburgh area (Weirton, WV)

Your first job in supply chain usually means a spreadsheet and someone else’s suppliers. This one doesn’t.

Form Energy makes iron-air batteries that store renewable energy for 100 hours, for utilities and AI data centers. They’ve raised $750M, they’re on the path to IPO, and they’re ramping their next generation of product at their factory in Weirton, West Virginia, about an hour from Pittsburgh.

Form are building a team of early career Supplier Operations Managers to keep critical suppliers on track: forecasts, capacity, clear-to-build, and chasing late parts and fixing why they’re late. You’ll be based at the factory, with up to half your time on supplier sites.

You’ll be handed data that doesn’t add up, like supplier reports that don’t match and lead times that drift, and you’ll turn it into something people can act on.

You’ll learn from leaders who’ve scaled hardware at Tesla, Meta and Google, in a role designed as the first step into strategic sourcing.

This is for you if:

• You graduated in the last few years, or have up to three years’ experience
• You’ve already chosen supply chain, through an internship, coursework, a certification or a project of your own
• You’re comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and like making sense of messy data
• You’re happy to travel up to 50%
