Looking for a detail-oriented role in a clean, professional manufacturing environment? We are seeking Microscope Inspection Associates to join our growing team in Eagan, MN. In this position, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality medical products meet strict standards through detailed inspections, packaging, and assembly processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesMicroscope Inspection & Quality Control

• Perform detailed visual inspections of small medical device components using microscopes and magnification equipment.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues while ensuring products meet specifications.
• Follow quality standards and inspection procedures to maintain product accuracy and compliance.

Assembly & Packaging

• Assemble medical device components and kits according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Package products following detailed specifications and quality guidelines.
• Label, organize, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

Production Support

• Read and follow work orders, production documentation, and written instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the production process.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Clean Room & Safety

• Work in a clean room manufacturing environment while following gowning and cleanliness procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing policies and procedures.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

️ Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday

⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
