About This Office

Looking for:

• 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant preferred; Ability to train newly graduated Dental Assistants
• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification in AZ and RHS certification required
• Techinical clinical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills
• Focus will be on chariside assist, infection control, and patient comfort
• Ability to take x-rays, handle sterile, and be comfortable with constructive feedback
• Willing to grow
• Comfortable assisting the front desk when needed; Answering calls
• Must be punctual, great communication, flexible, dependable, and a strong team player

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
