job summary:
Our Client, a US-based architectural aluminum leader, seeks an Estimator. You need 1-3 years of glazing experience, blueprint take-offs, and estimating software skills. Benefits include a comprehensive package, competitive compensation, and training.

responsibilities:

• Review architectural plans and data to determine material and labor requirements for itemized lists.

• Prepare documents including material take-offs, estimates, quote logs, and scopes of work.

• Consult with clients and vendors to formulate accurate estimates and resolve potential issues.

• Compute cost factors and analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs.

• Interface with internal teams to obtain support for cost estimates and recommend process improvements.
