In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces for our valued clients in Fort Walton Beach, FL. If you have a passion for landscaping and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging. Install and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance property aesthetics. Utilize landscaping equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and chainsaws safely and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of lawns and gardens to identify pest issues and report to management. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Maintaining the equipment and tools in good working condition during servicing to ensure efficiency and safety. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job site. Requirements: Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a bonus. Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and pest control methods is a positive. Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely is required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work is expected. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be reliable and a team player with a positive demeanor.
