Our technicians play a pivotal role within our organization, embodying the company culture and serving as the face of our window cleaning services in their designated community. Key Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial clients. Clean and scrub tracks, screens, solar panels, and gutters. Conduct high dusting, soft washing, and power washing of brick, siding, and concrete. Maintain equipment, inventory, and a tidy work environment including the work van. Review job estimates and notes before each project to understand the scope of work. Communicate job details clearly with clients upon arrival. Complete equipment inventory check-out and check-in for every job. Conduct walk-throughs post-job to ensure completion and retrieve all equipment. Notify managers of low inventory or equipment issues. Represent the company professionally, wearing the provided uniform with pride. Take ownership of each job and strive for client satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Naturally inclined to solve problems and complete high-quality work. Comfortable working outdoors year-round and on ladders. Willing and able to lift 40+ lbs. Take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license.
