RN Medical Unit Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity medical unit, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborates within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizes evidence-based practice, and models proficiency through precepting new staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, including specialty acute care (Med-Surg) units. Participate in maintaining safety, quality, and patient-centered care standards. Contribute to a collaborative team environment promoting wellness and excellence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Current RN licensure; minimum 6 months of nursing experience. Certification in BLS and ACLS within specified periods. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to ongoing learning. Key Duties: Administer care to patients with moderate to high acuity, utilize evidence-based practices, and support team development through precepting.
