Responsibilities for Recruiter include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume non-technical hiring, handling approximately 30+ active requisitions across multiple hiring managers simultaneously.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies, conduct intake meetings, sourcing sessions, and ensure alignment throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and recommendations rather than simply executing hiring requests.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships by understanding business objectives, team charters, workforce needs, and hiring challenges.

• Review, assess, and manage large applicant pipelines, efficiently screening and evaluating hundreds of applications per opening.

• Maintain a high level of candidate engagement, ensuring a positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

• Develop and refine job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers to attract top talent and accurately reflect role requirements.

• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-in-stage, conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates, using data to drive continuous improvement.

• Drive hiring processes with urgency and efficiency while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.

• Coordinate interview processes, provide guidance to interview panels, and ensure a structured and equitable hiring experience.

• Manage competing priorities and shifting business demands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.

• Consistently meet or exceed recruiting KPIs and hiring targets.

Requirements for Recruiter include but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership of high-volume hiring.

• Proven experience managing 30+ concurrent requisitions and balancing multiple hiring priorities.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and managing large candidate pipelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and business leaders.

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments with aggressive hiring goals.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.

• Excellent communication, consultation, and candidate management skills.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive with minimal direction.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a sense of urgency and adaptability.

• Shift: Onsite , M-F; 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $56.44 per hour
