Quick Facts Location: St. Louis, MO Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 7:00 AM) / Day (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; may extend to 7:00 PM in fall) Hours per week: Varied, based on schedule Employment Type: Contract, Temporary Required Licenses/Certifications: MO license, BLS (ACLS preferred) Experience: 1.5–2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or Hematology & Cellular Therapy experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $100.50 Weekly pay with direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to state & federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplant and cellular therapies Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions Conduct admission, daily rounding, and discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment processes and management of complications (GVHD, CRS, ICANS) Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage transplant-related complications and support post-care planning What You Need Valid Missouri Nurse Practitioner license Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner (required) BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred 1.5–2 years of inpatient BMT or Hematology & Cellular Therapy experience Strong communication and clinical skills to manage complex cases About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a prominent academic hospital in St. Louis, MO, providing specialized inpatient care in a fast-paced Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology setting.
