Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist will handle daily operational duties for IGT Shopping Mall in Manhattan, New York. The duties and responsibilities of this position are: Monitoring and supervising all technical issues related to elevators, fire alarm systems, electricity, HVACs, and their maintenance, as well as reporting those issues to the management. Supervising all aspects of operational security both inside and outside the mall: Taking necessary measures around common areas, offices, and other spaces that belong to the mall. Ensuring the safety and security of customers and visitors in cases of emergency. Monitoring the outsourced security personnel and swapping them out when needed. Making sure that licensees and their employees abide by IGT’s rules and regulations all the time. Checking their opening and closing times, informing the management in case of any disruption. Opening the doors of the mall at 8.30 a.m. and closing at 5.30 p.m. and checking the entire mall’s cleanliness and order. Monitoring the outsourced cleaning company personnel, making sure that the cleaning of the entire mall (booths, showcases, common areas, storages, etc.) is done appropriately in accordance with the hygiene rules and in a timely manner. Checking cleaning supplies’ stocks. Working as a team member, completing assigned tasks effectively and within stipulated deadlines, and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks and completed jobs to the management. Safe and efficient transportation of the Board and their family to various destinations, including airports, business meetings, and personal appointments within New York when necessary. Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduled maintenance. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience Excellent time management and organizational skills Basic maintenance skills such as replacing bulbs, fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical issues, and addressing HVAC problems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests #J-18808-Ljbffr New York, IGT Shopping Mall
