Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Vincent, OH and Lowell, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS! Vincent Shifts Available Saturday 10am-6pm *flexible*

Lowell Shifts Available
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8am-5pm Nights: Friday 9pm-5am

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
