** Key Responsibilities **

• Candidate Sourcing: Recruit and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct applicant interviews and match candidates to job opportunities.
• Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure assignment readiness.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients and field employees.
• Branch Operations: Support daily operations and help fill openings in a timely manner.
• Record Management: Accurately update candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.

** Qualifications **

** Required: **

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

** Preferred: **

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, or branch operations.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
