You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with subcontractors and vendors of other trades, ensuring the smooth progress of assigned projects. But what sets this position apart is the chance to be involved in every aspect of the project, from preparing and negotiating change orders to maintaining "As Built" drawings.You'll have the opportunity to create and establish schedules, coordinate with contractors and trades, and maintain positive client relationships.
