IR Tech (727) - Radiology

Job Description:
The IR Technologist will work within the Radiology Interventional unit, assisting with procedures such as lung, liver, and kidney biopsies, port/line placements, drainage placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, kyphoplasty, and providing sedation for MRI/CT imaging departments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional radiology procedures as required.
- Maintain and operate GE Allura equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech / Centricity PACS.
- Participate in on-call rotation during the week and weekends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of current acute care IR Tech experience.
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Critical care and IR experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of vascular procedures preferred.
