With customers' mission-critical needs always in mind, our employees deliver end-to-end technology solutions connecting the space, air, land, sea and cyber domains in the interest of national security.Job Location: Rochester, New YorkJob Schedule: 9/80Job Description:Responsible for managing the cost, schedule, execution, and technical performance requirements of assigned programs through all phases, from inception to completionManages programs/pursuits to help achieve MCC quarterly orders, revenue, OI & cash flow targets.Directs the preparation of proposals, proposal work statements, specifications, operating budget and contractual financial terms/conditionsWorks with the sales/customers/dealers to determine/identify needs, requirements and new business opportunities.Directs the functional teams (engineering, operations, administrative, etc) assigned to the program(s) to achieve program(s) objectives.Essential Functions:Responsible for managing mid to large, sometimes complex program initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving cross-functional teams.Work is guided by individual annual goals and objectives with some oversight or direction.Conducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems.Communicates within and outside of the organization which includes customers or vendors.Communicates with PM leadership regarding matters of substantial importance to the function or business area.Approximately 10% travel requirementAbility to obtain a US Security ClearanceQualifications:BS/BA required or equivalent military experience and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:Master's degree, MBA preferredFamiliarity with Defence and Aerospace industryPMP Certification, or equivalent, desired4 years direct customer interface experience desiredIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $92,500 - $171,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
