Remote Call Agent

We're expanding our remote team and are looking for people with excellent spoken English and a genuine ability to connect with others over the phone.

This role involves making scheduled daily calls and resolving client enquiry.

The schedule for this role is:

8am to 6pm daily with 2hrs break every day (US EST Time)

We need someone who can work 6days every week.

There is an opportunity to earn bonuses every month by delivering quality service.

This is not a sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling position. Every call is to an existing member enrolled in our wellness program. We require:

* Clear, natural English pronunciation
* Friendly and confident phone presence
* Empathetic and patient personality
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Quiet workspace
* Available to work approximately 60 hours per week, including weekends when scheduled

We Offer:

* USD $430 per month
* Performance-based bonuses
