Showroom & Operations Manager AU FIREPLACE GROUP – Westlake, Ohio We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of our fireplace and outdoor living showroom. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Greet and engage showroom customers with confidence and professionalism Guide customers through fireplace, outdoor living, and related product selections Follow up on all leads, including walk-ins, phone calls, website inquiries, and email inquiries Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service Own the customer experience from initial showroom visit through final installation Assist customers with pricing, estimates, financing options, and project planning Showroom Management Manage and maintain all showroom displays to ensure a clean, current, and inspiring customer experience Coordinate showroom merchandising, pricing updates, signage, and seasonal display changes Maintain a polished, luxury showroom environment at all times Assist with product displays, vendor presentations, and showroom events Recommend new product lines, vendors, and display opportunities based on customer demand and sales trends Operations & Project Coordination Coordinate with installation, service, and production teams to ensure efficient project execution Track job progress and communicate updates to customers throughout the process Enter orders, invoices, and assist with payment processing Monitor order status, deliveries, and customer timelines Assist with receiving, damaged freight reporting, vendor claims, and inventory management Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Marketing & Business Development Monitor website content, product offerings, and online lead activity Recommend website updates and improvements to enhance customer engagement and lead generation Review sales trends and provide recommendations to ownership regarding product mix and profitability Assist with social media content, project photography, and marketing initiatives as needed Qualifications Previous retail management, showroom management, or customer service leadership experience preferred Strong sales and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software Self-motivated with an ownership mentality and strong attention to detail Experience in fireplaces, outdoor living, construction, remodeling, kitchen and bath, landscaping, or luxury home products is a plus Why you will love it here: Base salary + performance bonuses Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Paid-Time Off and Paid Holiday's Company Uniforms Provided if desired Employee Appreciation Events If you enjoy working with customers, managing projects and helping homeowners create beautiful indoor and outdoor living spaces, we would love to meet you.
