This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated technologies while partnering closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to solve challenging manufacturing problems and drive operational excellence.What You'll DoLead manufacturing process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost reductionProvide day-to-day manufacturing support and troubleshoot production challenges on complex electronic assembliesConduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologiesSupport new product introductions (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) activitiesDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process flows, and production proceduresAnalyze manufacturing data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing performanceParticipate in nonconformance reviews and corrective action processesEvaluate manufacturing methods, tooling, equipment, and process capabilitiesMentor junior engineers and serve as a technical resource across the organizationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline7+ years of manufacturing engineering experienceMust be a US citizen.Experience supporting complex electronics, electromechanical, or highly regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong background in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and Lean manufacturing principlesAbility to analyze data and make fact-based decisionsPreferred ExperienceWe are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:RF electronics manufacturingMicrowave products and assembliesAerospace electronicsDefense electronicsHigh-reliability electronic systemsSemiconductor manufacturing or related advanced manufacturing environmentsAS9100, ISO 9001, MIL-STD, or other regulated quality systemsIf you're looking for a position that combines hands-on manufacturing support, technical leadership, and the opportunity to work on advanced aerospace and defense electronics, this could be an outstanding next step in your career.
