Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and filed in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records and support audit preparations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflow.
- Education requirement is an associate's degree in accounting.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
