Honeycomb Wellness Center in Novato, CA seeks a full-time Case Manager/Counselor for our Intensive Outpatient SUD program. The role provides client support, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and evaluates progress to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction. The SUD Counselor will integrate individualized case management, perform discharge planning, and coordinate with the Program Director.
