Description: MUST HAVE NEURO/SPINE EXPERIENCE. 8-hour days. Number of beds: 10 ORs. Licensed for 330 beds. Staffing: Approximately 50 staff. Day shift RNs, STs, and UAs; night shift call team. Patient ratios: 1:1. Type of equipment includes DaVinci Robot, endovascular suite, neurospine microscope, and hysteroscopy pump. EMR system: Altera. Typical hiring profile: Most recruited skills: Experience with orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular skills, and urology experience. Preferred: Neuro experience needed for call coverage. Typical procedures performed include: Ortho, robotics, Gyn, uro, vascular, endovascular, and basic crani/neuro. Best personality fit: Work hard, play nice. Floating Area(s): None. Dress Code: Scrub color/attire - OR provided. Weekends and on-call: Assigned stay late call during the week and occasional Fri/Sat overnights. Holidays: As needed.
