We are seeking a visionary, relationship-driven leader to serve as our North Texas President , overseeing the Greater Dallas and Greater Tarrant markets and providing strategic, operational, and community leadership for Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star's North Texas region. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will lead fundraising, program growth, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships while driving revenue growth, organizational excellence, and mission impact across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, helping shape the future of youth mentoring in one of the nation's fastest-growing regions.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished executive who excels in fundraising, relationship building, team leadership, and community engagement, with a passion for serving youth and advancing meaningful social impact.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the overall growth strategy for North Texas.
• Establish and achieve annual goals related to revenue, volunteer recruitment, program expansion, and organizational impact.
• Identify new opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and market growth.
• Ensure strong collaboration across advancement, marketing, volunteer recruitment, and program functions.

Fundraising & Community Engagement

• Drive philanthropic growth across corporate, foundation, major gift, and community fundraising efforts.
• Cultivate and steward key donor and community relationships.
• Represent the organization throughout North Texas as a visible and influential ambassador.
• Support signature fundraising events and strategic donor engagement opportunities.

Program & Mission Impact

• Oversee high-quality mentoring programs that serve youth, families, volunteers, and community partners.
• Monitor performance outcomes related to volunteer recruitment, match growth, retention, and youth impact.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in program delivery.

Organizational Leadership

• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and excellence.
• Support talent development and succession planning efforts.
• Align staff around organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Community Leadership

• Build relationships with corporate leaders, elected officials, school districts, nonprofit partners, and civic organizations.
• Serve as a key spokesperson at community events, media opportunities, and public engagements.
• Increase visibility and support for Big Brothers Big Sisters throughout Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant counties.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, corporate, fundraising, community engagement, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and driving organizational growth.
• Proven track record in fundraising, business development, sales leadership, or revenue generation.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders, board members, donors, and community leaders.
• Ability to think strategically while driving execution and results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience leading a regional nonprofit organization.
• Knowledge of the North Texas philanthropic and business community.
• Background in youth services, education, community development, or human services.
